Volunteer community cat trapper, Rachel Coldanghise, is hosting an educational hands-on workshop entitled “The Art of Trap-Neuter-Return”. This presentation is a comprehensive step-by-step guide to becoming an advocate for community cats by mastering the craft of TNR.
